Future Build have a new exclusive role for a Senior Site Manager to work for a small privately owned social housing contractor on a prestigious contract in London. The company is in a sound financial position, benefiting from long term client relationships with various councils and housing associations and an ownership team that invests back into the business.
The role is to run a £7 million contract comprising both internal and external elements as part of an 8 year framework agreement with the local council.
Given the relationship with the client the ideal manager will not only have experience running this type of contract, but will also be able to deal with the client and key stakeholders diplomatically and in a way that protects the business.

- Able to manage key stakeholders

- Strong management ability to lead a team of managers, operatives and subbies
