Job Description
Future Build are currently working with a long established £300m t/o and financially stable main contractor to find a new Senior Estimator for their Pre-Construction team. They are currently doing very well in the current market and due to increased tender enquiries require a Senior Estimator to help them achieve their continued growth throughout 2021 and beyond.
Projects are a mix of new build residential, commercial and Education in London and the surrounding counties with individual project values to £100 million. The ideal candidate must be able to price projects independently and have a strong commercial grasp of the industry.
For the right candidate a market leading salary and package is on offer in excess of £100k+.
