Our client is an award winning 5* developer that focus primarily on delivering high end new build properties across the Northern Home Counties. They’re a reputable business, renowned for their treatment of staff and the progression opportunities on offer within the business. They’ve secured an extensive landbank and have come out of the lockdown period in a strong position to continue their growth in 2021 as a result.
They are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to come on board for a long term, phased development in Cambridge. This will be predominantly traditional build with RC frame elements, with at least eight years’ of work in the area.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping the project on schedule and on budget
- Implementing in depth quality control measures
- Liaising with the NHBC
- Providing weekly reports to the Senior Project Manager
About you:
- Stable career history
- A minimum of 3 years’ at Site Manager level
- Experience working on residential projects of a similar size
- A construction management degree would be advantageous but not essential
