Job Description
Our client is an award winning, 5* housebuilder with over 50 years’ experience delivering a wide variety of residential schemes from entry level social housing projects to large RC Frame apartment blocks, traditional and bespoke luxury homes. They build both for private sale and on behalf of end-user clients, typically on behalf of housing associations.
They are currently recruiting for a Site Manager to oversee a 170 unit traditional build project in Royston, comprising 2-5 bedroom houses and apartment blocks up to 4 storeys.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping the project on schedule and on budget
- Implementing in depth quality control measures
- Liaising with the NHBC
- Providing weekly reports to the Senior Project Manager
About you:
- Stable career history
- A minimum of 3 years’ at Site Manager level
- Experience working on residential projects of a similar size
- A construction management degree would be advantageous but not essential
