Job Description
We are currently working alongside an award winning privately owned main contractor who specializes in the residential market, delivering a mix of housing for a range of public sector clients as well as a strong development arm which is really profitable for the business. Despite Covid-19 restrictions they have managed to grow stronger without making any redundancies, making this an excellent time to join them.
They are now searching for a Senior Site Manager to join for a new build residential scheme in South London which consists of 50 apartments, as part of a bigger regeneration framework which is due to last another 10 years. The project is due to go live on site in December with groundworks so our client is looking for someone who have prior experience of managing similar projects from start to finish, as no1 on site.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the build from groundworks through to completion
- Manage all resource, labour and sub contractors.
- Weekly progress reports with Contracts Manager
- Health and Safety Management
About you:
- New build residential project experience, ideally RC Frame
- All rounder – internal, frame, external, groundworks
- Personable and able to motivate and drive results
- General main contracting experience
