Job Description
We are currently Recruiting for an experienced Senior QS who has previous experience pricing residential groundworks packages in Kent, Sussex & Surrey for large national house builders This role will suit someone who has worked or is currently working on small to medium sized projects with typical values varying from £500k – £11,000,000
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple sites from a commercial prospective
- Attend client meetings to discuss any current and on-going work
- Reporting into the Commercial Director for all relevant queries
About you:
- 5+ years experience within a residential groundworks business
- Previous experience managing and mentoring junior surveyors
- Ability to be well organised and able to meet deadlines.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft packages including Excel
