Job Description
We are currently working alongside a leading high end residential contractor with a rich history who are looking for a lead PM to manage an upcoming project in Belgravia. The current townhouse is being fully refurbished to accommodate for luxury amenities including cinema and underground swimming pool and will include structural alterations, basement dig out and rear extension.
Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for the delivery of the project
- Managing a strong team of established Site Managers
- Weekly progress reports with the Construction Director
- Planning, Programming & Health & Safety
- Main point of contact for the client
About you:
- Strong high spec residential refurbishment experience on projects worth £15m +
- Track record of taking projects from start to finish
- Degree in either Civil Engineering or Construction Management would be advantageous but not essential.
- Strong commercial acumen and design knowledge
