Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Develop tender stage programmes and methodologies aligned with the scope of works, client expectations, project objectives and deliverables
- Collaborate with the Project Team to transform the awarded contract into a fully integrated baseline programme.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Tender Stage: Demonstrate an excellent understanding of each tender’s key programme and methodology requirements.
- Live Sites: Conduct critical path analysis, optimize working programmes for design, procurement, enabling, construction, commissioning, handover, and client key dates.
- Claims: Work with divisional and commercial leaders to develop claims programmes.
- Produce compelling, compliant content in clear and concise English.
Key Experience:
- Work-winning/bid team planning experience.
- Background as a main contractor in the construction industry.
- Experience with large-scale construction sector programmes.
- Proficient in using ASTA and strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail.
