Future Build Recruitment is looking for a Senior Project Manager for a busy and expanding Residential Contractor in Central London. They have established themselves well and earned a great reputation for delivering RC Frame Residential projects in London
The role would be to oversee the delivery of a £55m, 277 unit residential scheme in Kensal Green on behalf of an existing and valued client. The project is just about to get out of the ground, so it’s a great opportunity to take a challenging scheme from conception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve practical build issues
- Regular liaison with clients, site teams and external consultants
- Agree and develop in depth working knowledge of programme to ensure it is implemented
About you:
- RC Frame residential experience
- Used to looking after high value RC Frame projects.
- Personable and able to motivate and drive results
- High rise experience
