Project Manager – High End Residential
Future Build are seeking a Project Manager with high end residential experience for our client a leading main contractor based in London.
Our client is ideally looking for candidates that comes from a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Main Contractor background and has managed high end residential refurbishment projects from start to finish up to £7m in value. The business has just won 4 new contracts and in turn are looking to bring on a Project Manager. Suitable candidates must be good with IT, completing paperwork, health and safety and be able to communicate effectively with external consultancies and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve practical build issues
- Regular liaison with clients, site teams and external consultants
- Agree and develop in depth working knowledge of programme to ensure it is implemented
