Job Description
We are currently working with an established contractor with a strong presence in London and the surrounding counties. Having recently won numerous projects they will be looking to hire a strong Project Manager to join the business and oversee the delivery of a new build residential scheme in Bromley which will consist of 200 apartments spread over several RC/lightweight steel blocks.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the project from a pre-construction stage through to completion
- Overseeing a team of Site Managers who will each undertake different packages
- Weekly progress reports with the Contracts Director
- Planning, Programming & Health & Safety
About you:
- Prior experience in managing similar projects is essential
- Must have a Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Strong understanding of design with
- Longevity with past employers
