Job Description
Our client is a growing main contractor based in Central London. The majority of their work takes place within the M25, focusing primarily on RC frame residential and mixed-use projects between £15m to £80m, and they have also demonstrated the capacity to take on successful student accommodation, hotel and commercial schemes in the past. They have developed some strong relationships with clients, which has seen them get through the lockdown period in a very strong position. As a result, they are currently recruiting for a Project Director. This will be to oversee a 250 unit, £60m RC Frame mixed use development in north west London, set to commence in January 2021.
Responsibilities:
- Keeping the project on programme and budget
- Implementing health and safety measures and ensuring they are adhered to at all times
- Producing regular progress reports to the Managing Director
- Attending meetings with both clients and contractors
About you:
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager
- Stable career history
- Experience running projects of a similar nature
- Desire to become an established member of a rapidly growing team
