Future Build Recruitment are currently searching for a Project Manager for a £10m turnover main contractor that specialise purely in high end residential refurbishment projects up to £6m in value.
Due to an upturn in new projects, they are looking at bringing on 2 new permanent Project Managers to be responsible for the for all aspects of the construction process. All projects are Central London, affluent areas like Chelsea, Kensington, St Johns Wood and Maida Vale. Projects range from full fit out, structural alterations, extensions and basement digs.
The business has been running for over 30 years and are well established in the high end resi market, they don’t take part in competitive tenders and only take advantage of word of mouth and reputation which keeps a consistent flow of projects in their pipeline. They also permanently employ their own trades and labour, which helps with building a quality site team.
Ideally, they are looking for someone that is currently a Project Manager with experience manging high end residential refurbishment projects from start to finish as you will be the face of the company and have direct conversations with the clients on the project you are overseeing. The salary for this position is very open, and all based on experience but would be looking at getting you an uplift on what you currently earn, and they also will provide you with a car and flexible working from home.
