Job Description
Our client is a leading main contractor established over 50 years ago who operate across a variety of sectors. They currently turnover £200m through lots of repeat business from long standing clients they have been working with for a number of years.
Having just been given the go-ahead on a couple of projects for their London region, they are looking to hire a couple of Project Quantity Surveyors on a permanent basis. The upcoming projects are all in the residential sector, such as mixed-use developments and new build apartment blocks up to £40m in value. The role is based at their London HQ so ideally they are looking for someone who can travel to central London within an hour.
