Future Build Recruitment is actively looking for a Contracts Manager to interview with a medium-sized Groundworks, Civils & Reinforced Concrete specialist based in North West London.
We are looking for a Contracts Manager that has experience managing up to 6-8 jobs ranging from £500k – £4,000,000 with a strong focus on basement construction, groundworks, externals & RC Structure works.
About you:
- Minimum 3 years contracts management experience or 5+ years project management experience
- Effective communication skills with experience of motivating teams
- Ability to prioritise and delegate work effectively
- SMSTS
- Black CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving License
- Candidates should also be proactive and have a willingness to take the lead on their own initiative under minimal supervision
- A proven ability to work to, thrive on and meet tight deadlines
