Job Description
Our client is a well-respected multi discipline main contractor with a reputation for delivering quality projects across London and the South. Due to their continued, long term growth plans they are looking to add to their delivery team with an established Contracts Manager.
The business has faired well in the current climate and has a full order book for next year which shows significant growth on 2019 and 2020. Projects are across a variety of sectors and build types for both private and public clients and project values ranging from £1 million to £15 million.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for multiple projects (2-4 depending on complexity and values), overseeing site teams and programmes with regular liaison with clients and the company Directors. You will be responsible to creating and overseeing programs and on-site delivery teams to ensure high standards and project deadlines are met.
Candidates new to Contracts Manager level or on the cusp of getting there will also be considered for this role.

- D&B as well as traditional contract experience
- Used to looking after multiple projects
- Personable and able to motivate and drive results
- Enthusiastic and looking to progress and develop a long-term career with the business
