Job Description
We are currently Recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager who has previous experience working on architectural metalwork projects in London and the surrounding home counties. This role will suit someone who has worked or is currently working on metalwork projects up to £4m and ready to start looking at another large project on behalf of an established Essex-based architectural metalwork contractor.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the Project from start through to Completion
- Looking after all aspects of the project
- Deal with client meeting
- Supervise staff on site
- Planning / Programming
About you:
- Minimum 5 years Project Management experience (Ideally specifically with architectural metalwork)
- Prior experience manging a up to £4m metalwork package
- Construction degree is beneficial
