Future Build Recruitment are currently searching for a Contacts Manager to work for a well-established Architectural Metalwork / Structural Metalwork Contractor based in North London. The company mostly deliver contracts in the residential and commercial sectors and have long standing relationships with a number of leading main contractor and residential developer clients. Due to continual growth the company are seeking a Contracts Manager with experience delivering both architectural and structural metalwork projects. As a Contracts Manager you will be responsible for overseeing up to 5 jobs at any one time with individual contract values up to £3m in value.

- Operational delivery of projects
- Client reporting
- Design Management
About you:
- Fabrication background
- Minimum 3 years’ experience at Project / Contracts Manager level
- Client facing
- IT literate
