Job Description
We have recently been appointed by a main client of ours to source a Project Manager for an upcoming project in Enfield. They are a highly regarded main contractor established just over 20 years ago, who predominantly operates within London and the Northern Home Counties, covering various sectors such as education, leisure, commercial and residential.
The project will consist of 58 apartments split over 2 concrete frame buildings, with retail premises on the ground floor. Due to commence live on site in August, they are currently interviewing candidates for a possible late July start
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall delivery of the project from inception through to completion
- Managing an established site team and making sure H&S standard is high at all times
- Regular contact with Construction Director through weekly progress reports
- Maintaining strong relationship with the client and ensuring they are aware of project progress
What you need:
- Previous experience in delivering similar projects from start to finish
- Stable career and longevity with past employers
- Main contract experience
- Maximum 1 hour travel distance to Enfield
