Future Build Recruitment is currently partnered with a growing, privately owned main contractor in their search for a Commercial Manager. The position is due to growth and will be to join an established yet growing commercial team.
Our client is a main contractor operating from offices in Hertfordshire, delivering projects across a variety of sectors including Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Industrial, Residential and Leisure with values typically ranging between £500k to £15m. They have a strong pipeline of work with turnover set to increase next year, with a number of new contract wins coming from both new and repeat clients.
Given their ongoing success, they are looking to strengthen their commercial team by adding a strong leader who can manage the existing team, reporting directly to the owners. This will be to typically oversee projects as well as overseeing a team of surveyors beneath.
