Job Description
Future Build Recruitment are currently searching for a Contracts Manager to work for a recognized contractor who specialises in social housing refurbishment schemes across London and the South east. You will be responsible for delivering circa £12m across external and internal refurbishments in the Greenwich area, as part of a long-term framework with the local authority.
Brief responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing several site teams.
- Put together the programme and ensure the projects stay on track to be delivered on time.
- Main point of contact for the client, ensuring they are updated on any progress and issues.
- Biweekly progress reports with the Operations Director
- Procurement of materials and sub-contractor selection
- Budget oversight and close working relationship with the commercial team
