Future Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a leading player in the demolition, civils and structures sector.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage client variations and ensure effective communication throughout the process.
· Handle subcontractor payments and orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
· Assist with internal reporting, including Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reports.
· Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Requirements:
· Previous experience dealing with clients and variations is essential.
· Proficiency in handling subcontractor payments and orders.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to assist in internal reporting.
· Experience in demolition, civils, or structures division is preferred but not mandatory.
