On site Facades Project Manager
Our client are a Specialist Facades and Building envelope sub-contractor, who carry out impressive building envelope works across multiple sectors with construction up to several million pounds.
Although they are a specialist sub-contractor, they will be acting as the principle contractor for this specific project, so some main contracting experience will certainly be admirable.
Because of this, the suitable candidate would be very much outward facing, and dialoguing directly with residents and chairing meetings with the client team, and processing paperwork etc.
