Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Estimator who has previous experience pricing metalwork packages in London and surrounding counties. This role will suit someone who has worked or is currently working on small to medium sized projects with typical values varying from £200k – £3m.
Responsibilities:
- To provide and develop accurate pricing of all schemes to clients whilst improving the overall bottom line net profit returns based on past experience and past performance of projects.
- To advise on possible cost implications/variations of design changes.
- Deal with client meeting
- To track, cost and handle all variations from estimate to order status.
About you:
- Hands on metalwork experience
- Prior experience pricing metalwork packages
- Ability to be well organised and able to meet deadlines.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook.
