Job Description
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Contract’s Manager who has previous experience working on large Roofing packages in London. This role would suit someone who has worked on multiple Roofing packages across various sectors including Commercial, Leisure, Industrial, and Education, and someone who is used to managing multiple projects at a time around the City Centre.
Responsibilities:
- Looking after multiple projects at a time
- Looking after all aspects of the project
- Deal with client meeting
- Supervise other staff on site
- Planning / Programming
- Act as key point of contact between the business and third parties
About you:
- 6+ years Contracts Management experience
- 4+ years Roofing Contracts Management experience
- Proven loyalty and longevity in employment history
- Prior experience of Cladding & Rainscreen works highly advantageous but not essential.
- Prior experience manging large Roofing packages up to Circa £2 million
- Degree in Construction Management would be advantageous but not essential.
